Our software sits in the network of telecommunications service providers, who then offer advanced calling features from their “cloud.” Telecommunications service providers around the global have invested substantially in building out their IP networks, and BroadSoft powers the ability of more than 450 of them to manage and deliver voice calls and other communication services over their networks. This benefits both businesses and consumers looking for their latest, innovative communications service.

Our technology is particularly beneficial to small and medium sized businesses (SMBs), which now have access to advanced telephony capabilities, once only available to larger players.
